Half ass Loyalty Service

So here we go.

I have a bad experience with one of regional dental service in East Java, well their doctor is okayish, price is average, and the service and payment is okay.

The problem is with their after sales and loyalty program. It have been twice that they forgot to stamp the loyalty card. They offer loyalty card for something and well it isn’t that good experience.

The last straw is they said we can’t stamp you because you forgot to give us the card. Like wtf… They are the one who are supposed to remind us, even local minimarket will keep asking us for our membership.

If you are half ass on your own loyalty program, it’s better don’t offer it at all. It’s sucks you know..

Just go away…. Never offer it. ๐Ÿ˜‚

*I still need them so I’m tried not to throw around a complain, but this.. Lesson learn that never ever trust half ass executed loyalty system. Just I really disappointed with that kind of service.

Boarding House : Mood swingger Land Lord – Result into unstable condition

It’s been around 1 year ago, I got a new job and move to different city, and paying for shared housing with a land lord owned house. At first, the land lord is kind enough, and very supportive toward me and filling a lot of things that I need. The price range between middle range to high, and it’s not that cheap, and I hope the same commitment from the land lord towards the service.

For example, for extra 25X (any money rate, I won’t disclose it as I don’t want to do any witch hunting), I will got twice a month bed sheet change. But the problem is after half year, the service towards me drop and well.. it’s almost non existent. I need to beg in order to get a better service for the bed sheet change that I paid in full upfront… The thing I know that, I got busy and tired, and I don’t get much talking with the land lord, and the land lord become quite unfriendly even when I paid on time and upfront…

I just want the service to keep stable and same for the price that I paid, as he said it before I got into the contract… Other than that, for hygiene, trash, at first every trash is disposed everyday by the landlord’s wife, but after the wife left for vacation.. the owner doesn’t keep doing that duty, and well in the end put a mark, we must throw away the trash outside our self and remove the trash can. You put the trash can away, how can we throw the trash… quite strange one way of thinking…

 

The last thing is, water. It’s included in the pricing range of the advertisement in a leasing website, but when the water is empty, we need to beg the owner. At some point of time, one of his lessor, just polity ask, and got scolded by the land lord, and end up leaving the housing… like… What is the landlord want to…

 

I’m quite frustated by this tbh… and this doesn’t even fair from the pov of the lessor… Well, I need to keep paying for it? Come on man..
